Laura has served as listing manager for Danielle Purcell for almost 10 years. Laura Baptista LOVES being a Realtor and that clearly shows in her enthusiasm for her clients. Her success can be contributed to her integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, effective negotiation skills and excellent communication. Having lived in South Orange County for over 20 years, she knows the community very well and that knowledge enables her to effectively serve her clients. Her experience in real estate also includes home retention counseling and short sales.

In addition to Laguna Beach, Laura specializes in all of South Orange County. Laura has lived in Laguna Audubon for 25 years. Her children all attended Laguna Beach schools since preschool. She is well-known in the community for her various volunteer activities including serving on local Boy Scout committees and her favorite, coordinating the food donations for the Annual Homeless Christmas Breakfast.
